Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is offering a 12-week paid internship in the United States focused on inventory performance analysis within the Supply Chain function.

The intern will evaluate demand and inventory drivers, identify variances, and develop actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and inventory turns. Eligible students must be enrolled in a related bachelor's program, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and be able to work full-time for 12 weeks in Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline with a graduation window between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Performance Analysis: review part-level inventory performance against service and working-capital objectives.
• Planning Recommendations: evaluate applicable planning parameters and translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Final Deliverable: present recommendations and document the analytical approach, findings, and next steps.
