Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking an Inventory Planning Analyst to develop and execute inventory and allocation strategies across stores and e-commerce. You will analyze store, channel, assortment, and size performance, manage reporting and inventory flow, and translate data into actionable recommendations for future buys, allocations, and replenishment.

You will collaborate with Merchandising and Operations to drive location-level strategies and optimize sales, margin, and inventory productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, operations, engineering, or fashion.
• 1-3 years of allocation and business analytics experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocation strategy reviews for each floor set.

Partnering with Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, and Operations, this role analyzes store, channel, assortment, and size performance; manages reporting and inventory flow; and translates data into clear recommendations that guide future buys, allocation decisions, and replenishment strategies.The impact you can haveBusiness analysis in support of location level strategies that drive sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
