KnitWell Group, Lane Bryant’s operating company, seeks a merch ops coordinator to support ordering, maintain data integrity, and manage product samples across the lifecycle. You’ll coordinate with partners to ensure accurate POs, sample turn‑ins, and timely data updates.

About the role

Supports the operational execution of the merchandise ordering process for a subset of the brand. Responsible for data integrity and back-office operations throughout the product life cycle including sample requests & management, order generation/maintenance, and product channel execution support.

The impact you can have

• Sample Management: 60% Orders, tracks and maintains all product samples. Provides samples to business partners as needed. Prepares samples for PR and Marketing turn‑ins throughout the season. Submits product for outfit guides, Ecom turn in, and push report. Supports with sample set up for key milestone meetings.
• Business Operations: 30% Manages data integrity including: reconciling the On Order report, preparing POs, and updating information in the system/with cross‑functional partners throughout the process. Supports some assortment form data entry. Partners with leader/team to manage execution of commitments and management of the Operational Tracking Report. Supports other ad hoc data entry / compiling, report generation, and special projects.
• Cross Functional Support of Product Execution: 10% Partners with Visual and Site Ops to ensure that all styles are represented. Partner with Merchandising Operations to ensure data integrity.

You’ll bring to the role

• 0‑2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, retail management or business‑related field preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point, and Outlook.
• Knowledge/familiarity of FlexPLM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to multi‑task and manage priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
