Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year professional business experience in inventory, purchasing or merchandising.
• Experience in retail/wholesale/distribution environments; 10,000+ SKUs preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-driven decision making; cross-functional collaboration essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory DSO, aged and obsolete inventory to meet goals.
• Process purchase orders in line with corporate guidelines and cost accuracy.
• Forecast and plan demand for events, shifts, and seasonality changes.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams, suppliers and other functions.
• Utilize DPR to drive KPI performance with scorecards and dashboards.
• Work with logistics to maximize supply chain efficiencies.
• Develop programs with operations to improve receiving and warehousing.
• Maintain OpCo SKU count (min 1,800–2,299) and resolve replenishment issues.
• Adhere to market guidelines and manage forecasting and demand planning.
