Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a Demand Planner in Newnan, GA to lead automated replenishment across retail partners and optimize inventory. This role analyzes demand signals, maintains replenishment parameters, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Analytics to improve in-stock performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities include forecasting, data integrity, and cross-functional project work, leveraging ERP and BI tools to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, replenishment, or retail operations.
Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment methodologies.
Experience with automated replenishment systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP, WMS, forecasting, or replenishment software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Execute automated replenishment processes across assigned retail partners.
Maintain replenishment logic, inventory parameters, and system settings.
Monitor replenishment performance and identify inventory exceptions requiring action.
Analyze replenishment recommendations to align inventory with demand.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support system enhancements and continuous improvements.
Analyze sales trends, inventory positions, lead times, seasonality, and promotion activity.
Monitor inventory health, service levels, weeks of supply, and out-of-stock performance.
Recommend inventory adjustments based on demand trends and retailer needs.
Support inventory placement decisions across the distribution network.
Maintain store profiles, replenishment attributes, and planogram data for accuracy.
Review assortment changes and distribution attributes with retailers and internal teams.
Support replenishment data integrity and audit activities.
Develop reports and dashboards to measure replenishment performance.
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to business partners.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain, and Merchandising to support execution and improvements.
