Job summary

Interloop North America (ILNA) in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Retail Planning Coordinator to support the Senior Business Planning Manager. You will help translate product and inventory data into actionable guidance for our retail customers.

You will review targets, collaborate with sales, customer planning and factory forecast teams, and provide shipment and POS analysis while helping develop inventory plans and trends across channels.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Energetic self-starter with ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with AI to improve analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review product/inventory relative to customer targets.
• Collaborate with ILNA sales, customer planning teams and factory forecast teams.
• Validate category trends, retail trends and retail sales results.
• Manage forecast exception reporting for your assigned business.
• Provide shipment, inventory and point of sale analysis for the sales and planning organizations.
• Work closely with the Sr. Business Planning Mgr. to manage sales and inventory plans for our retail customers.
• Review retail merchandise plans related to trends and sales results.
• Take on new projects as needed to achieve the ILNA and retail customer goals.
