Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage inventory and replenishment for assigned customers, brands, and distribution centers. You will forecast, analyze positions with Blue Ridge and Acumatica, and partner across Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics to optimize availability and minimize excess.

Success relies on strong analytics, attention to detail, and clear communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• At least 2+ years in inventory planning, demand planning or related analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and replenishment for customers, warehouses and DCs.
• Use Blue Ridge and Acumatica to analyze positions and generate PO recommendations.
• Review forecasts, trends, seasonality and promotions to align inventory plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on customer initiatives and future demand.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to place POs balancing lead times and constraints.
• Coordinate with Transportation to optimize inventory flow across DCs.
• Identify stockouts, excess inventory, slow-moving items, and obsolete products.
• Recommend transfers and optimization to reduce excess inventory.
• Monitor service levels and inventory performance to support objectives.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and provide insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decisions.
• Support new product introductions and end-of-life planning.
• Ensure data integrity across planning systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes.
