Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
• Forecasting & Demand Planning experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong retail math and business acumen, including sales forecasting and inventory productivity measures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal sales, inventory, and receipt plans by classification that align with financial targets.
• Build an 18-month rolling plan for each area of business to support product selection in market.
• Collaborate with account executives, replenishment managers, buyers and planners; participate in weekly/monthly cadences.
• Use weekly insights to optimize in-season opportunities and inform future seasons.
• Analyze sales trends using POS data and historical results to adjust plans.
