Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an inventory-focused team member to manage front end and pharmacy stock, ensuring accurate counts, pricing, and planograms. You will support receiving, counting, ordering, and returns while maintaining strong customer service and on-shelf availability across designated stores.

In this role you may assist with store openings and closings, POS tasks, and store operating procedures as needed, under supervision. Fluency in English and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and ensure planograms accuracy and on-hand balances.
• Open/close responsibilities in designated stores, including cash handling and POS duties when on duty.
