Job summary

Walgreens in Minnesota is seeking a Store Associate to manage inventory for front end and pharmacy, assist with receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms. You will also support reporting, asset protection, and daily store operations.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and help maintain accurate inventory and pricing across departments, while handling cashier responsibilities when needed. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Six months Walgreens experience or one year retail experience.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing fixes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems impacting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and process vendor overages and shortages.
• Open and close the store in absence of store management, handle cash and POS duties, ensure floor and stock room readiness.
