Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Associate to support frontline and pharmacy inventory accuracy, pricing, and planograms within the store.

You will monitor warehouse and vendor stock, process orders, assist with recalls, and ensure compliant inventory counts, training a team, and delivering strong customer service while maintaining store-wide inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or equivalent retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection activities and file vendor overage/shortage claims.
• Open/close store when needed, including cash handling and POS duties.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service standards.
