Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to manage store inventory across front end and pharmacy areas. You will execute warehouse and vendor processes, assist with pricing, and support stock accuracy and planogram compliance in designated departments.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, auditing inventory, and assisting in pharmacy shipment postings under the pharmacist‑in‑charge, while maintaining exceptional customer service and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Achievement of performance expectations rating on last review; no disciplinary actions in prior 12 months (internal candidates).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries in-store, including common carrier deliveries, and completes One Box receiving; communicates with vendors for undelivered items.
• Under pharmacist-in-charge supervision, verifies pharmacy shipments postings and reports shortages or damaged products.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end for planogrammed departments, including disposals, call-ins, and returns before expiration.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments and stockrooms, including pricing accuracy.
