Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage inventory for the store and pharmacy, ensuring accurate counts, pricing, and timely replenishment. You will support front-end and pharmacy inventory, assist with receipts, returns, and planogram compliance, and help maintain store-wide asset protection and pricing tasks.

As the on-duty leader in designated stores, you will greet customers, resolve issues, and guide associates on service standards while handling cash and POS duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS in a busy retail setting.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices across store and pharmacy.
• Support front end and pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Review reports and ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing across systems.
• Perform asset protection tasks and process vendor overages/shortages and damaged goods.
