Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage store inventory across front end and pharmacy, including receiving, pricing, returns, and planograms. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and coach teammates on inventory processes and POS systems.

In designated stores, you may open/close shifts, handle cash, and ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing while supporting pharmacy shipments and recalls. A flexible schedule and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory processes for front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.
• Engage customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaching team on warehouse and vendor inventory management and order processing.
• Open/close duties in designated stores, including cash handling and POS usage.
• Support pricing changes, planogram compliance, and inventory accuracy across departments.
