Job summary

Walgreens in Arlington, TX seeks an Inventory & Operations Associate to execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy. You will receive, count, price, and process returns, support planograms, and ensure On-Shelf Availability.

You will review reports, manage pricing, support asset protection, and assist in warehouse deliveries, pharmacy postings, and stock counts. The role requires English fluency, attention to detail, flexibility, and a customer-service

Qualifications

Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
English reading, writing, and speaking fluency.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
Experience identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute and coach warehouse and vendor inventory management processes.
Scan deliveries and ensure accurate receipt, counting, and pricing.
Verify pharmacy shipments and postings daily; report shortages or damages.
Complete On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes including planograms and recalls.
Register sales on POS, process returns, and handle cash as needed; maintain pricing accuracy.
Support front end and pharmacy ordering; monitor inventory and bidding processes.
