Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques and file claims for discrepancies.
• Open and close the store as designated, including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Lead customer experience by greeting customers and resolving issues as the on-duty leader.
• Coach team on inventory management, pricing changes, and vendor interactions.
• Complete pricing activities including price changes, markdowns, and signage accuracy.
