Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking staff for the Harry Potter Chicago store to support inventory operations and enhance the guest experience. The role focuses on non-customer facing inventory tasks, stock placements, and timely processing of personalization orders.

You will work with the ASM and Lead, maintain brand standards, and help hit daily sales targets while delivering friendly service in a magical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of business and financial concepts with ability to drive results.
• Experience leading a team in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
