Job summary

Glory, a global leader in customer experience automation, seeks an Order Specialist to maintain warehouse stock and technician inventory, coordinating with field, partners, and customers to keep supply moving.

In this permanent full-time role, you will process orders, verify inventories, and collaborate with purchasing to protect delivery promises, with emphasis on accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred or 3+ years related experience.
• Strong sense of urgency to fulfill part requirements.
• Able to sit for extended periods.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Able to interact effectively with stakeholders by phone and email.
• Able to perform basic numerical calculations and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming parts and supply orders for field, partners, and customers.
• Review, schedule, and revise shipment plans for efficient product distribution.
• Verify inventory reports against physical counts and resolve variances.
• Issue orders, set safety stock levels, and manage releases for field/partner/customer orders.
• Coordinate with managers to assess progress and discuss changes.
• Follow up on Defective Material Reports through to closure.
• Manage partner forecasts for Glory affiliates domestically and internationally.
• Liaise with purchasing to meet order promises and resolve shipping issues.
• Promote good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
