Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Parts Representative to pick, pack, receive and ship parts orders quickly and accurately. Responsibilities include creating move orders, processing good/used returns, ensuring shipments go to the correct technician or location with the proper courier (UPS or FedEx) and ship method (ground or expedited).

The role requires strong organization, communication, time management and customer service skills, plus experience in a computerized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Warehouse/inventory experience.
• Well organized, good communication skills, able to prioritize, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, receives and ships parts orders quickly and accurately.
• Creates move orders and processes good/used returns daily.
• Ensures orders are shipped to the correct technician/location using the correct courier and ship method.
• Ability to communicate, meet deadlines, and provide accurate results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
