Job summary

Lancesoft in San Diego is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 0-4+ month assignment focused on handling temperature-sensitive semi-finished goods used in blood bank kit production. You will execute ERP transactions for inventory movement, receipts, and related warehouse activities.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, material verification for work orders, and safe operation of warehouse equipment, with housekeeping and compliance as ongoing requirements. Immediate start within 1 week of offer.

Responsibilities

• Handle ERP transactions related to inventory movement, material issuance, receipts, and related warehouse activities.
• Perform routine cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
• Verify and stage materials required for manufacturing work orders to support production schedules.
• Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
• Maintain required training records and complete assigned training activities.
• Perform housekeeping activities to maintain an organized, clean, and compliant packaging and warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate device history records, logbooks, and related documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine setup and preparation of packaging stations to support production and packaging operations.
