Job summary

Fulfill in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure inventory accuracy, pick orders, receive shipments, and support general warehouse duties in a fast-paced food distribution setting.

Ideal candidates will have English literacy, a valid driver’s license, basic math, and willingness to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment; the role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Ability to read and write in English at a literate level.
• Driver's license required with a safe driving record.
• Possess basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
• Must be willing to be certified on all power equipment and have the ability to operate material handling equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred.
• High level of personal integrity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Completes all tasks in a safe manner and reports safety incidents.
• Pick orders accurately and thoroughly.
• Conducts quality control: inspect items for damage, verify quantity, expiration dates, and packaging.
• Store items safely on racks, shelves, bins or refrigerated areas by product type, size or code.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, hand dollies, reach trucks, forklifts).
• Maintain accurate inventory by counting and recording quantities; report discrepancies.
• Clean and maintain a safe work area; manage spills and exits.
• Stand for long periods and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
