MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Project Analyst to drive planning, execution, and management of inventory-related initiatives.

You will optimize inventory control, reduce obsolescence, and improve warehouse performance by aligning with production, engineering, and quality teams. In this in-office role, you will coordinate cross-functional projects, maintain detailed project lists, and present updates to leadership while supporting cost‑reduction efforts and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of inventory-related projects.
• Manage flow of inventory through production into finished goods and identify coverage gaps.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to explore conversion options for products.
• Maintain a project list detailing all inventory projects and efforts to reduce excess and obsolescence.
• Coordinate activities between warehousing, quality engineering, and rework teams and secure necessary supplies.
• Present monthly status updates to leadership; support teams to reduce customer compliance costs.
