US Tech Solutions is seeking a Procurement Analyst to optimize stocking levels across its client network of service parts distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on minimizing carrying costs while maintaining high fill rates.

You will work with demand planning tools, manage supplier contacts, and prepare reports. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in procurement or related fields are typical qualifications; SAP and multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related field (Supply Chain/Logistics).
• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Demand Planning or related field.
• Experience with demand planning/forecasting methods is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Spanish or German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inventory levels across service parts distribution centers to optimize stocking levels.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure on-time shipments to distribution centers.
• Order parts in economical and efficient quantities considering MOQs and carrying costs.
• Develop supply recovery plans for backorders.
• Prepare escalation summaries for management when issues arise.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Produce management reports on backorders, aging, and loss fills.
• Provide ETA updates for dealer-facing contact center.
• Place rush or expedited orders for out-of-stock situations.
