DigiKey is seeking an Inventory Optimization Associate to manage and optimize space for current inventory at our Minnesota site. This on-site role requires regular attendance with a 5am-1:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday.
You will optimize shelving, reconfigure layouts, and ensure efficient space usage across Gray Shelf, Case Shelf, and reserves. You will also handle TE utilization, inventory adjustments, and re-homing tasks to maximize storage efficiency while collaborating with team

The Inventory Optimization Associate helps optimize and manage space for current inventory. This role will maintain inventory space with responsibilities for buildings, trays, shelves, and reserve utilizations. This is considered an essential onsite role, which requires regular onsite attendance. Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm.
The starting base pay rate for this position is:
$20.00
This position may also be eligible for shift, skill, and/or team lead pay differentials that will be in addition to the starting pay rate.
