Ace Retail Group is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator for Westlake Ace Hardware to help ensure smooth B2B operations, with a focus on inventory management and order fulfillment. You will support daily cycle counts, receiving, replenishment, and accuracy of inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and availability, ensuring correct products are in the right place at the right time.
• Receive purchase orders and coordinate replenishment with the manager.
• Research and correct discrepancies like overages, shortages, damaged goods.
• Use reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory records.
• Pick orders accurately and stock per SOP.
• Oversee order fulfillment, location code integrity, routing, and inventory levels.
• Learn routing software and share knowledge to keep deliveries flowing.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
