Foot Locker, Inc. in Camp Hill is seeking a Director of Operations to lead its omni-channel distribution operations, ensure team safety, and drive performance across the facility.

You will manage the distribution budget, supervise large warehouse teams, implement improvement programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy new initiatives and measure results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years combined experience in material handling, automation, manufacturing, supply chain, process improvement, and/or distribution in an omni-channel environment.
• Minimum of 4 years of planning, analytical, and/or reporting experience in roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with distribution center startups preferred.
• Experience managing large warehouse teams with hiring, training, motivation, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cost implications.
• Demonstrated ability to own projects and influence across levels.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with DC technology (WMS, OMS, TMS, LMS).
• Leadership experience with continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute distribution functions to meet supply chain goals.
• Accountable for overall operating results and for distribution center budgets and capex.
• Administer and develop systems and policies for efficient cost control.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in the distribution center.
• Maintain a safe environment and provide safety training.
• Train and cross-train team members for career development.
• Manage total inventory and receiving/inventory control procedures.
• Oversee maintenance of facility and material handling equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch initiatives and track performance.
• Lead change management and analyze data to optimize results.
• Determine optimal workflow to maximize assets and workforce utilization.
• Promote high-performance culture and leadership development across teams.
• Coach leaders to align people strategies with business initiatives.
