You will collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and other teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely reconciliation, and effective replenishment. The position requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, data science, CS, supply chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of DRP processes for distribution planning.
• Planning, organizing, and relationship-management abilities.
• Understanding of supply chain management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates inventory staff performance and supports hiring and training.
• Analyzes inventory processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Plans and monitors inventory phases including reconciliation and replenishment per ISO standards.
• Collaborates with manufacturing and procurement to meet requirements.
• Oversees day-to-day inventory administration and tracking.
