Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Ability to collect and synthesize data from stakeholders to reach conclusions.
  • Understanding of DRP and distribution planning concepts.
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks and resources methodically.
  • Strong relationship management with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates inventory staff performance and supports hiring and training.
  • Analyses inventory processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Plans and monitors inventory processes, including reconciliation and replenishment.
  • Coordinates with manufacturing and procurement to meet requirements.
  • Manages daily activities of inventory administration and staff development.
  • Reviews facility inventory performance and availability targets.
  • Forecasts network inventory and volume for S&OP.
  • Supports space planning and process improvement projects.
  • Ensures lead time accuracy and optimization opportunities.
  • Manages dealer bargain lists and surplus inventory reviews.
  • Oversees RCCA, scrap execution and SOX controls.
