Job summary

Fouress Synergy LLC in Cary, NC is seeking a full-time on-site Zoho Inventory Specialist to own the setup and end-to-end management of our inventory system. You will manage stock across multiple locations and handle POs/VOs while integrating Zoho apps with e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities include generating actionable reports, training staff, and ensuring accurate stock reconciliation. Prior experience with Zoho tools and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Commerce, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on Zoho Inventory experience required.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM or other Zoho apps is a plus.
• Solid understanding of inventory concepts (SKU management, batch/lot tracking, reorder points).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG inventory management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and manage Zoho Inventory for the organization.
• Manage stock levels across warehouses and multi-location inventory.
• Handle purchase orders, sales orders, and stock transfers.
• Integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and sales channels (Shopify, Amazon).
• Generate inventory, sales, and stock reports for leadership.
• Troubleshoot system issues and train staff on Zoho Inventory usage.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and minimize discrepancies.
• Build and automate workflows for efficient inventory tracking.
