Job summary

FOURESS SYNERGY in Cary, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Zoho Inventory Specialist to own our inventory setup end-to-end. You will configure, reconcile, and maintain accurate stock across multiple warehouses and sales channels.

You will integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and platforms like Shopify/Amazon, generate leadership reports, and train staff on best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role at Suite 500, Cary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Commerce, IT, or related field).
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on Zoho Inventory experience.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or other Zoho apps is a plus.
• Solid understanding of inventory concepts (SKU management, batch/lot tracking, reorder points).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG inventory management is an advantage.
• This is a full-time, on-site role (approximately 44 hours per week) based at our office at 5000 Centregreen Way, Suite 500, Cary, NC 27513.

Responsibilities

• Setup, configure, and manage Zoho Inventory for the organization.
• Manage stock levels across warehouses and multi-location inventory.
• Handle purchase orders, sales orders, and stock transfers.
• Integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
• Generate inventory, sales, and stock reports for leadership.
• Troubleshoot system issues and train staff on Zoho Inventory usage.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and minimize discrepancies.
• Build and automate workflows for efficient inventory tracking.
