Job summary

South African Breweries (SAB) seeks a Warehouse/Logistics professional to lead inventory counting, investigate variances, and drive SAP-driven processes for FEFO compliance. You will implement layout standards, monitor KPI trends, and enforce 5S and safety practices across the site.

You will collaborate with teams to improve productivity, maintain GOP adherence, and support SOP development and staff training in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3-year diploma or degree is required for consideration.
• 2+ years of warehouse and/or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and basic computer tools (MS Office, Oasis).
• Ability to implement safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning inventory counts and identify variances.
• Address root causes and implement action plans.
• Maintain FEFO and update SAP accordingly.
• Ensure layout adherence for zone activities (Empties, Refusal, Pick, Repack, Finished Goods).
• Track Inventory Accuracy, KPI trends, and process improvements.
• Implement 5S and safe warehouse practices; manage GOP compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to improve productivity and labor efficiency.
• Develop SOPs and ensure understanding across staff.
