Justice Grown is seeking a Lead Inventory Coordinator to drive accurate, compliant inventory operations within our dispensary team. You will manage daily workflows, lead inventory staff, and ensure audit-ready processes across METRC, POS, and state tracking systems.

You will collaborate with management to prioritize tasks, support onboarding, and uphold security and compliance standards in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of inventory/retail operations or cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring others preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Leads daily inventory workflow and supports dispensary operations including receiving, transfers, cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and fulfillment.
• Acts as lead resource for inventory team on procedures, processes, systems, and compliance.
• Organizes and prioritizes daily tasks to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Onboards and develops inventory staff on procedures, systems, and compliance standards.
• Partners with management to execute daily, weekly, monthly priorities and drive department goals.
• Completes inventory documentation, logs, and reporting accurately and on time.
• Verifies inventory accuracy across physical counts, POS, and state tracking systems; helps resolve discrepancies.
