Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Support Associate in Huntersville, NC to assist on the sales floor and in the stockroom. You will manage shipments, restock merchandise, and maintain organized inventory while upholding brand standards and delivering a hospitality-driven customer experience.

Flexible availability, strong organization, and teamwork are essential, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and quickly learn new procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and update price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
