Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist in Frisco to support store operations. You will receive, ticket, and prepare inventory for the floor, assist with transfers and markdowns, and ensure timely fulfillment of web orders and inter-store requests.

You will work 8+ hours weekly, review shipments for defects, maintain PO records in the POS system, and collaborate with store leaders to optimize product placement. A strong team ethic and reliability are essential.

• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in stores and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, Tenacity)
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks for the store team
• Process new shipment deliveries and review for defects before placing on the styling floor
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS system and manage invoices and price tickets
• Partner with store leaders and merchandisers about placement of product on the styling floor
• Manage daily replenishment of items sold and pulls for the styling floor
• Manage a fulfillment queue for web orders and orders from other stores; process and ship timely
• Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and execute transfers out of store
• Conduct transfers of product to other stores or to the company warehouse as directed
• Execute markdowns weekly and help maintain a well stocked sale section
• Maintain general organization and cleanliness of backroom following company directives
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has all supplies and packaging needed
