Job summary

Under Armour in Ohio is seeking a Stock Associate to be the engine behind store energy, keeping shelves stocked, products flowing, and customers happy. You will handle merchandise shipments, replenish the sales floor, manage markdowns, and ensure stockrooms and floor areas stay clean and organized while collaborating with teammates.

This role requires a high-energy team player who can stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old or 16+ in EMEA region (explicit requirement in ad) but here US context; flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs, walk and bend
• Comfort with using technology (hand-held devices, computers)
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
• Ensure store, sales floor, and stockrooms are clean and organized
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations
• Follow UA visual standards for merchandise presentations from stockroom to floor
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Support loss prevention policies and communicate safety concerns
