Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, or 16 years old in the EMEA region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential for teamwork and customer interactions.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure the store, sales floor, and stockrooms are clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Support and adhere to Under Armour's visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and alert management of any unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and seize growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Assist with safety standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
