Job summary

Under Armour in Aurora, OH is seeking a Stock Associate to keep shelves stocked, products flowing, and customers satisfied. You’ll work with a great team to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes and on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old, or 16 in the EMEA Region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Keep store, sales floor and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy through digital experience.
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to Under Armour's visual standards for product presentation.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies; report concerns to management.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities.
