Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, or 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Capable of standing, lifting, walking, bending and lifting cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (e.g., computers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Ready to participate in contests with the chance to win merchandise and prizes.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Keep store, sales floor and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy.
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to Under Armour visual standards for merchandise presentation.
• Follow safety standards and communicate concerns to store leadership.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Support self-development and growth opportunities.
