Job summary

Deckers Brands — home of UGG — is seeking a Stock Associate for our store in Kentucky. You will organize inventory, receive shipments, and merchandise items to ensure customers find what they want when they want it.

You will work with the Stock Lead and teammates to support store goals and maintain merchandise standards. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and keep the stock room neat and secure while following safety procedures and Deckers policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Receive and verify shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with transfers between locations and display product per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and report to Store Manager as needed.
