Responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing reports for senior leadership, and enforcing safety and regulatory standards. Strong experience with SurgiNet/Cerner and Lean methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ previous management experience
• 3+ materials management or supply chain experience
• Lean Process Improvement experience preferred
• SurgiNet/Cerner experience preferred
• CMRP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to support business objectives and customer satisfaction
• Utilize inventory and supply chain software to streamline operations
• Train and supervise staff involved in inventory and supply chain operations
• Prepare and present reports on inventory and supply chain performance to senior management
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance within the supply chain
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
• Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract management
• Manage warehouse operations for efficient storage, handling and distribution
• Coordinate with production and sales to forecast demand and plan inventory
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
• Maintain relationships with suppliers for timely delivery and quality
