Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory & Materials Management Supervisor in Mount Prospect, IL. You will supervise about 20 direct reports and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and processes, with shift hours 9:00am–7:00pm and 3:00am–9:00pm M-F operating hours.

The role emphasizes training teams, applying best practices in inventory management, and ensuring daily PO receipts are recorded and stored correctly. Strong Excel and Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Inventory Control/Procurement software and applications and ability to train others.
• Knowledge of Best Practices for Inventory Management.
• Ensure daily closing of work including receipts and put-away in system.
• Experience supervising a team of 10+ and coordinating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of the Inventory & Materials Management department.
• Provide individual and department training, coaching and motivation.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory software and applications and train users.
• Ensure all PO receipts are recorded and properly stored in locations.
