• Ability to work overtime on a volunteer basis

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and verifies shipments against orders.
• Inspects materials for quality, damage, or discrepancies.
• Stores and organizes materials in designated storage areas.
• Packages materials with proper labeling and safety in mind.
• Maintains records of materials received, stored and distributed.
• Collects requested materials and prepares for distribution.
• Assists in inventory counts or audits.
• Communicates with internal teams to coordinate material needs and schedules.
