Job summary

Oratomic, a pioneer in fault-tolerant quantum computing, is seeking an inventory manager / material handler to own the flow of equipment from the loading dock to the lab in Pasadena, CA. You will maintain accurate inventory records, keep a well-organized stockroom, monitor and replenish component stocks, and assist with installation of sensitive hardware.

You will receive freight, unpack and stage equipment, and collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to ensure all tools and parts are

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a lab or technical environment.
• Strong collaboration with scientists and engineers.
• Forklift certification required or ability to certify before start.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of equipment from loading dock to lab.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stockroom.
• Monitor and replenish stocks of components.
