Job summary

Oratomic is seeking a Head of Inventory Operations to build and lead the systems underpinning our hardware operations and quantum computer. You will oversee receiving, tracking, storing equipment and managing stock levels as we scale.

You will partner with engineering, procurement, facilities and scientific teams to anticipate needs, prevent bottlenecks, and drive increasingly sophisticated operations, including automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive complex inventory operations for hardware development.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering and procurement.
• Ability to design scalable processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and ensure smooth flow of materials into labs.

We’re looking for a Head of Inventory Operations to build and lead the systems that underpin our hardware operations and streamline building the quantum computer. You will spearhead inventory and materials operations across the company, from receiving, tracking, and storing equipment to managing stock levels and the flow of materials into our labs. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, facilities, and scientific teams to anticipate needs, prevent bottlenecks, and develop increasingly sophisticated operations as Oratomic scales.
