Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year related experience or training.
• Forklift knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Computer skills and ability to locate/open files.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials needed to fill orders.
• Develop forms to track materials.
• Load/unload incoming and outgoing materials.
• Move freight using equipment.
• Follow Astec safety rules and guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels by labeling and stocking materials.
• Transport heavy material with forklift inside/outside buildings.
• Obtain work orders to determine production needs.
