Job summary

Stoughton Trailers is seeking a Material Control & Inventory associate to support daily production operations. You will receive, store, move, and deliver materials while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will verify shipments, conduct cycle counts, and document movements to ensure uninterrupted production. The role requires forklift/crane operation, attention to detail, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; forklift and crane certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure production areas are supplied with required materials.
• Verify incoming material shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect materials, identify defects, and report quality concerns.
• Receive, label, and store materials in designated locations.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Document all material movements and shipments to production areas.
• Deliver materials to designated production areas and return unused materials to stock.
