Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of stocked materials and ability to interact with customers, vendors and delivery companies.
• Ability to operate computers and material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, overhead crane).
• Attention to inventory control in receipt and dispensing of materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive loads, unload, store and issue items including general, hazardous (gas) and special orders.
• Fill out paperwork accurately and obtain signatures on non-stock and special orders.
• Check stock against shipping documents for quantities, descriptions and conditions.
