Lockheed Martin in Orlando, Florida seeks an Inventory & Materials Assistant Sr Specialist for the Logistics Support Team. You will oversee material flow, packaging, handling, storage, and inventory control at the AFC depot.

The role requires forklift experience, warehousing background, ability to lift 35 lbs, and proficiency with MS Office; you may need interim secret clearance within 30 days and later a final secret clearance. This is an onsite, full-time position in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Must have forklift and/or pallet handling experience.
  • Prior warehousing experience is required.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
  • Teamwork-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to obtain Interim Secret clearance within 30 days and Secret clearance within 90 days.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
  • Must pass post-offer physical and transportation exam.
  • Ability to operate a box truck up to 26,000 lbs GVW with lift gate (non-CDL).
  • Experience in packaging items for shipment and knowledge of warehouse operations is desirable.

Standard Job Description

You will be the Inventory & Materials Assistant Sr Specialist for the Logistics Support Team. Our team is responsible for packaging, handling, storage, transportation, receiving, and inventory management supporting the Apache Fire Control (AFC) Depot Support Facility.


What You Will Be Doing

As the Inventory & Materials Assistant Sr Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and accurate inventory control at the Orlando depot.

  • Manage packaging, handling, and storage of all materials.

Basic Qualifications


  • Experience using a forklift and/or pallet stacker
