Job summary

Stryker Group in Kalamazoo is seeking an organized warehouse associate to handle receiving, packaging, storing, and shipping of supplies and equipment. You will maintain inventory accuracy and support order processing in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will coordinate with multiple teams to resolve delivery issues, investigate discrepancies, and help improve warehouse processes. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records and prioritize workload with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, package, store, and ship supplies, materials, equipment, and service inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product movement and availability.
• Process material and product orders using warehouse and inventory systems.
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, and carrier personnel to resolve delivery issues and trace shipments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer service discrepancies.
• Support alternative product sourcing through loaner banks, other warehouses, and consignment inventory.
• Maintain records relating to stock usage, damage, handling equipment, and inventory condition.
• Participate in team meetings and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply best practices to meet operational metrics and business objectives.
