Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Kalamazoo, MI for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm). You will receive, organize, package, store, and ship supplies, and maintain inventory records to support efficient operations.

You will process orders, coordinate with distribution and shipping teams, investigate discrepancies, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities; SAP experience

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, package, store, and ship supplies, materials, equipment, and service inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product movement and availability.
  • Process material and product orders using warehouse and inventory systems.
  • Support incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, and carrier personnel to resolve delivery issues and trace shipments.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer service discrepancies.
  • Support alternative product sourcing through loaner banks, other warehouses, and consignment inventory.
  • Maintain records relating to stock usage, damage, handling equipment, and inventory condition.
  • Participate in team meetings and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Apply best practices to meet operational metrics and business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting inventory management processes.

$22.10/hr
